Returns

You have 28 days from receipt of purchase to request your return in your account and return your purchase back to us. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned in their original unused/unworn condition complete with all tags attached in their original packaging.  Any returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you.

How to return your purchase

Your return experience will vary depending on whether you created a Hanbury Tenison account during your purchase. A Hanbury Tenison account will offer the best experience for you but if you are unsure if you have one or not, the Guests Return Form will work for all users.

For members with a Hanbury Tenison account

  • Login to your account
  • Select orders option
  • Choose order where you wish to make the return
  • Select the refund button
  • Check the box on the item(s) you wish to return
  • Select the subject of the refund required from the dropdown box
  • Enter the reason for the refund
  • Submit the request
  • Await email with approval and return instructions

For guests without a Hanbury Tenison account

  • Visit the Guests Return Form page
  • Fill in your Order ID and order email from your receipt
  • Check the box on the item(s) you wish to return
  • Select the subject of the refund required from the dropdown box
  • Enter the reason for the refund
  • Submit the request
  • Await email with approval and return instructions
